Recital!

Kira has been busy with her recital week this week. Mon and Tues were her dress rehearsals and tonight was her first "real" performance. She did so good!! She really got into the performance and even afterwards told us how she "shook it". lol She absolutely loved getting dressed up, performing and especially watching all the other big girls dance. It makes all the classes worth it to see her smiling up there on the stage and having so much fun with it. We have one more performance tomorrow night then we're done for the season. I'm not sure if she'll want to do dance again in the fall. We're starting back at gymnastics for the summer so we'll see what she wants to keep doing.

Kaylee was such a trooper too. She sat on my lap and watched the whole thing. After each one, she'd say "more, more" or "watch another one?". I'll need to start her in dance too so she has the chance to do a recital. Fun stuff!
