Happy Birthday Kaylee!

My little baby is two years old! I really can't believe she has grown up so quickly. She has always been such a easy-going, sweet baby and now little girl. She gives the best hugs and is usually so happy. I am so happy she came to join our family and can't imagine life without her.

The first thing when Kaylee woke up, Kyle, me and Kira all went in her room and sang her Happy Birthday. She just smiled and giggled. I made her some pancakes and bacon for breakfast - she LOVES bacon.

We had Kyle's family come over on her birthday (the 31st) for cake and ice cream. With all our recent birthdays, she knew exactly what to do and was able to blow out the candles by herself. We did it again, of course, to let Kira help. She got lots of fun presents and again, Kira wanted to help - almost too much. Poor Kaylee would barely get the paper off something and Kira would take it to look at it. I know Kira just can't help herself but all in all, they seemed to share pretty good. Kaylee got some new baby dolls, clothes, books and one of her favorite presents was some big girl underwear. She had to put it on over her diapers (as you will see below) and has wanted to wear them ever since. She ran around to everyone and would lift up her dress and say "look my underwear". Now, if I could just get her to actually go on the potty, it would be so nice! We had a really fun day with her.

We had more snow and the girls both loved going outside to play. That fenced yard still comes in handy because they went out by themselves and played in their little house and stuff while I watched from the warm kitchen. :)
